As we all know we are in the middle of what can only be described as a terrible time for humanity. We hope that you are all keeping well and staying safe.

Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are now advising customers that you may experience a slight delay in dispatch times. We are doing everything we can to keep up with demand in the safest manner possible. With this being said the majority of orders are going out within the specified time frame stated in our shipping terms and conditions. Feedback from customers also points to a slower than usual service from the couriers that we use, which is to be expected at the moment! Unfortunately, we have no control over how long the couriers take to process your orders through their system, but we can assure you that you will receive the good that you have ordered.

We are running a normal delivery service and MOST parcels are arriving within the specified timescale. International deliveries may tale longer as we start this service up again.

Update 4/5/20

As of today we have taken the decision to withdraw all international and timed deliveries. We tried to keep these going for as long as possible but the strain on the delivery network is causing delays.
