At The Happy Vape Co we understand how important it is to get your order as quickly as possible. All orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday and before 10am on Saturdays are dispatched the same day.

Tracking will be available on Special Delivery and Guaranteed Next Day Saturday. All other orders are sent Signed For but do not come with tracking, this is for our peace of mind only.

Orders placed after 3pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the following working day. All orders placed after 10am on a Saturday will be dispatched on the Monday following the weekend.

Free shipping is only offered on orders over £30 and will be sent 2nd class Royal Mail

Local Delivery

We offer the same day local delivery service (Monday - Saturday) if ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday and 10am on a Saturday. Local delivery is available to all customers within the CB6 and CB7 postcodes. Orders over £30 will be delivered next day FREE with an option to upgrade to same day delivery. Orders under £30 please see shipping rates below.

Terms and Conditions

  • For same day delivery order before 3pm Mon-Fri/10am Saturday
  • For next day delivery order before 10pm Mon-Fri
  • No deliveries will be made on Sundays
  • All deliveries Monday to Friday will be made after 4pm
  • Saturday deliveries will be made after 11am
  • All deliveries will need to be handed to an adult aged 18 or older if it will not fit through your letterbox.

Not going to be home to accept your delivery?

Please state a safe place or a chosen neighbour if you will not be at home to accept the delivery. These deliveries will be left at your own risk. The Happy Vape Co will take no responsibility for theft or loss of the parcel. We will photograph your parcel in the safe place or have your neighbour sign for the delivery in these circumstances.


Customer support and satisfaction is a big thing for us here at The Happy Vape Co. If you are not happy with a product you have purchased from us, then please get in touch with us via email at and we will do everything in our power to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

Returns Terms and Conditions

  • Products received in faulty condition will be replaced straight away at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately at with your order number, description of the fault and any photographs you can provide.
  • Products damaged by the buyer will not be covered by the returns policy, but we may be able to help you resolve the issue so please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will try to work with you to resolve the issue if we can.
  • Products damaged in transit will be assessed and swapped if we deem them to have been damaged in transit. Unfortunately, once products leave The Happy Vape Co’s headquarters the safety of your order is out of our hands, although we package in protective packaging sometimes the deliverer can damage the products. If this is found to be the case, we will replace the product at no cost to you.
  • All hardware comes with a 28-day warranty from us. Extended warranty may be provided by the manufacturer, if this is the case then we recommend that you register your product with them as soon as you receive it so that you are covered after our 28-day guarantee. Any issues after the standard 28-day guarantee period will need to be taken up directly with the manufacturer.
  • Damage to products through neglect or e-liquid damage from leaks etc will void any warranty/guarantee.
  • We do not accept returns because you don’t like the product so please make sure you are aware of and have done your research before placing your order.
  • All products are inspected for visual damage to the packaging prior to dispatch but we do not open any packaging, please report any damage to packaging immediately before opening the product as this may cause problems during the returns process.
